Formulate tender documents, providing the complete set of drawings and details (incorporated into construction documentation),

 lighting specifications, etc. so that owner can prepare tender documents.

Detailed coordination and analysis of luminaire mounting details with other  consultants/tenderer.

Mock-up review and lighting effect analysis.

Assist with owner to evaluate bids/tender review.

Design revisions as required, due to budget adjustments.

制定招标文件，向业主提供整套图纸和节点大样图（纳入施工文件）、

灯具技术规范等以便业主准备招标文件 。

就灯具安装细节与他方顾问/投标方深入分析协调。

通过样板评估和分析灯光效果。

协助业主评估招标/投标返回。

由于预算调整如需要则进行设计修改。
